We are a group of parents who volunteer to raise money for the benefit of the children at Scarning Primary School. We organise events throughout the school year which families can attend and then there are events which are specifically for the children such as Easter egg hunt for reception children and school disco’s, amongst others.
We can be contacted on fundraisers@scarning.norfolk.sch.uk
All the money raised at these events goes towards making our school a better place for the benefit of our children.
We are always looking for new people to join our committee and help support these great events, to bring new ideas and further enhance our team. If you can spare any time, then please come along to one of our regular meetings, which are held in the school. We advertise our meetings via the school’s text service alternatively feel free to approach any of us.
It’s not all about raising money though; it’s about spending it too! Below are a few of the projects and initiatives that we have supported in the past:-
New sets of reading books.
Donations for individual classes – The children along with their teacher decide how to spend their own money, to assist their education and enjoyment in that academic year.
Special events for the school.
New toys for the reception classes.
Choc ices for snackanory.
Lunchtime play equipment.
Easter egg hunt (Reception) – Another fun event which would not be possible without the Fundraising Committee.

This is the Facebook page of our fabulous fundraising force! It would mean the world to us if we could get every parent, carer, grandparent, aunt, uncle and pet to like it!
You can be kept updated about all fundraising events, how you can help, and all the ways that we spend those precious pennies!
The fundraisers also run a pre-loved uniform shop, this holds a wide range of clothing. Shed is open every day after school.
Thank you for taking the time to read our Fundraising page and we hope to see you at our meetings and/or supporting our events.
